Nuclear Medicine Technologist
A well-established medical center in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its imaging team full-time on a day shift. This position offers a great balance of patient care and quality of life with no on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including SPECT and SPECT/CT imaging
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and calibrate nuclear medicine equipment
- Prioritize patient and staff safety through proper radiation safety practices
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
- Current or eligible Indiana state license
- BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
