Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in daily operations at a busy, fast-paced restaurant
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs
• Train new hires and set a positive tone for each shift
• Hold yourself and team members accountable while fostering a friendly, encouraging atmosphere
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and serve as a primary contact for shift operations
• Handle managerial tasks and finalize daily reports
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong leadership character with a positive reputation
• Enthusiastic and caring attitude with a servant’s heart
• Ability to connect emotionally with guests and team members
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent people skills and a commitment to superior customer service
• Capability to manage team member behavior and performance issues
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
