Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active medical license in Michigan.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are highly favored.
