Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• 1+ year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures, adhering to sterile technique
• Monitor patient status throughout pre, intra, and post-operative phases
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and interventions
• Uphold patient safety and infection control protocols at all times
• Participate in departmental initiatives for quality improvement
