LIHTC Leasing Specialist Tax-Credit Property Expert

Green Alpha Property Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage LIHTC properties and drive occupancy across regional communities. You will greet prospective tenants, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate lease terms with accuracy and urgency.
The ideal candidate has prior leasing experience, familiarity with LIHTC, and strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver excellent tenant experiences and timely rent collection.
