Hospitality AideA Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing frontline support to guests, ensuring that their needs are met while also assisting other staff members in delivering excellent service. The role involves a wide variety of tasks that can range from basic care needs to more interactive guest services. The Hospitality Aide is expected to be friendly, approachable, and efficient, playing a significant role in the overall operation of hospitality services. By supporting a positive experience, they contribute directly to the reputation and success of the establishment.Must be currently enrolled in a Missouri Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program, or provide an acceptance letter for the program. This must be complete in the first 120 days of Employment. Must be available mornings and evenings and be flexible with a team player approach to every day tasks.Hospitality Aide Responsibilities & DutiesAssist guests with daily activitiesPrepare and serve meals and snacksMaintain cleanliness in guest areasHelp with laundry servicesProvide companionship and conversation to guestsAssist with mobility and transportation needsSupport housekeeping staff with room preparationsReport any maintenance issues to managementHelp organize recreational activities or eventsManage inventory of supplies and equipmentHospitality Aide Qualifications & SkillsExperience in a hospitality or caregiving settingKnowledge of basic health and safety regulationsCertification in first aid or CPRStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsFamiliarity with food service and hygiene standardsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills for documentationAbility to lift and assist with moving individualsKindness and compassion towards othersPrevious training in customer serviceWilling to train the right person.
