Pharmacist-in-Charge: Clinic Compliance Leader

The Evolvers Group is seeking a Consultant Pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for Dallas County Health & Human Services’ 11 Class D clinics, ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations. The PIC will oversee licensure, policies, and clinic operations. Responsibilities include preparing annual Class D licensure applications, conducting monthly on-site inspections, and monitoring storage, dispensing, and disposal of medications and vaccines according to Texas Board of Pharmacy #J-18808-Ljbffr THE EVOLVERS GROUP
