IT Project Manager (M&O)

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in IT project management and large-scale enterprise system implementations.

• Proficiency in PMI project management methodologies, MS Project, and active PMP certification.

• Experience with managing vendor software Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts and deliverables.

• Experience in full SDLC application change management, defect triage, and software release tracking.

• Experience with project management platforms including Team Foundation Server (TFS), SharePoint, and Power BI.

• Experience in child support enforcement systems, public assistance software, and IRS Pub 1075 compliance audits.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct vendor engineering teams providing ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for enterprise child support platforms.

• Manage application change management workflows, prioritizing software modifications across the complete SDLC.

• Oversee system defect triage, code fix verification, and software release schedules in Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Maintain master project schedules, tracking deliverables, milestones, and technical dependencies in MS Project.

• Build executive dashboard reports, metrics visualizations, and progress summaries using Power BI and SharePoint.

• Lead technical compliance preparations and audit activities for IRS Pub 1075 security standards.

• Facilitate vendor-to-internal team knowledge transfer plans to support long-term system operational readiness.
