We are looking for a passionate, gentle, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative, close-knit dental team.

• • Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Optional)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, gentle, and comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients of all stages of life (from kids to seniors).
• Perform thorough routine cleanings, periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), and apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants). Our prophy appointments are one hour appointments. New patient appointments are performed by the Dentist.
• Conduct detailed oral health assessments, including screening for oral cancer, charting conditions, and reviewing medical/dental history.
• Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) using advanced technology.
• Provide tailored oral hygiene instruction and home care tips to help patients prevent dental disease.
• Partner and communicate effectively with Dr. Gerome, Dr. Patrice, and our assistant team to co-diagnose and formulate custom treatment plans.
• Maintain complete, accurate digital patient records and adhere to strict sterilization and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• An Ohio Dental X-ray/Radiography certification.
• Excellent bedside manner with a focus on patient comfort and alleviating dental anxiety.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to align with our compassionate team culture.
