Responsibilities Own full‑cycle recruiting for Finance and core business searches, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and close. Serve as the Talent Acquisition subject‑matter expert for Finance hiring, managing approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk. Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and cross‑functional partners to provide clear recommendations and not just open questions. Maintain accurate, auditable recruiting records in Workday, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems. Partner closely with Total Rewards, FP&A, Legal, HRBPs, and Talent Operations to align offers and hiring decisions with budget, policy, approvals, and internal equity. Use structured decision‑making to identify risk, tradeoffs, downstream impact, and required approvals before action. Deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining strong process control. Build, test, and improve agentic AI bots or workflow agents that support TA work (e.g., sourcing research, intake preparation, candidate summaries, interview‑plan drafting, offer‑process checklists, hiring‑manager updates, or system hygiene checks). Use Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex Skills to create repeatable recruiting workflows, document processes, improve stakeholder communication, and reduce manual operational drag. Participate in broader TA initiatives that improve recruiting quality, speed, governance, and AI‑enabled operating leverage. Qualifications 7+ years of in‑house recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record owning the full recruiting lifecycle for complex business, Finance, G&A, or corporate functions. Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders. Hands‑on experience building agentic AI bots, workflow agents, or practical AI automations that improved a business process. Direct experience using Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex Skills for repeatable workflows, structured outputs, process automation, or operational documentation. Strong command of Workday and modern recruiting systems; experience with ModernLoop, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, Slack, and MacOS is preferred. Excellent judgment in sensitive hiring matters (offers, internal candidates, exceptions, compensation alignment, stakeholder escalation, and candidate communications). Ability to separate facts from assumptions, communicate clearly, and provide escalation with a recommendation when risk or approval ambiguity exists. High attention to detail and strong system hygiene; treat recruiting systems as source‑of‑truth infrastructure. Strong written communication skills and ability to produce concise, executive‑ready updates. High integrity, strong ownership, and sound judgment in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Audit, Tax, or related functions. Experience hiring in global markets, including entity, EOR, immigration, or jurisdiction‑specific hiring considerations. Experience creating AI‑enabled recruiting playbooks, prompts, Skills, agents, or operating procedures. Familiarity with responsible AI usage in hiring, including human oversight, consistency, fairness, and compliance‑sensitive process design. Salary Base Pay Range: $140,000–$185,000.
