Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking both entry-level and advanced-level electronics assemblers to join our growing team. As part of our team, you will engage in the assembly of electronics components with a focus on soldering and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) techniques. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for electronics and a background in aerospace or defense technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, assembly, and mechanical assembly of electronic components.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various assembly tasks.
• Work closely with the engineering team to build parts for robotics systems.
• Lead and oversee entry-level assemblers if in an advanced position.
• Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and hand tools.
• background in aerospace or defense technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of SMT, production, electrical systems, soldering, wiring, and circuit boards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electronic assembly and wire harnessing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position operates under ITAR regulations within a stealth company environment. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our team values a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where technology and creativity meet.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
