GTM Operations Manager

Owning the reliability and usability of the GTM tech stack, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will manage systems architecture, enhance workflow efficiency, and ensure data fidelity across various platforms to support the go-to-market teams in their operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain a visual map of the GTM tech stack, documenting integrations and data flows across teams Conduct workflow audits to identify and implement improvements that enhance GTM operations Oversee integrations between platforms, ensuring data accuracy and quality standards are met Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including administration and integration management Demonstrated ability to document and improve GTM workflows and system integrations Strong analytical skills to trace data issues and maintain data quality standards Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
