Job Description Non-Standard Growth Leader Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join a senior leadership team as the Non-Standard Growth Leader. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and management of non-standard insurance business. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning 10+ offices and their respective teams, while developing and implementing strategies related to products, pricing, distribution, customer retention, and profitability. Compensation Package Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and manage the non-standard insurance book of business across 12 offices. Develop and execute strategies to optimize products, pricing, distribution channels, customer retention, and profitability. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Leadership Team to align business objectives with organizational goals. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness in the non-standard insurance sector. Provide leadership and guidance to office staff, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency. Represent the company in high-level meetings and presentations with stakeholders. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in the non-standard insurance market and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPIA are highly desirable. Years of Experience: 8–15+ years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
