Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years post-training experience in orthopedic surgery. Completion of a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction is required. Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Full-time, employed position with a focus on adult hip and joint reconstruction.Split practice: approximately 60% outpatient clinic and 40% surgical responsibilities.Participate in both practice and ER call coverage.Manage an average clinic census of 25 patients per day and perform 8-12 surgeries per week.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.Utilize advanced equipment, including MAKO robotic technology.Contribute to the continued expansion of a rapidly growing orthopedic program.
