This role blends direct clinical practice, community-based behavioral programming, and meaningful leadership through supervision and mentorship of QMHPs, RBTs, and trainees pursuing certification.The BCBA/LBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing ethical, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and state regulations.
