Security Site Supervisor Responsibilities Lead the account by ensuring the day’s scope of work gets done. Ensure that the assigned security duties are completed. Enforce work standards for security employees in accordance with company practices. Monitor, measure, and report to the Operations Manager on the daily performance of the account. Effectively communicate daily assignments to the security staff. Good computer skills, including the ability to use a keyboard to correctly input information accurately and efficiently into software programs; navigate various software applications and the internet/intranet; write and send emails; restart/reboot computers and printers; and possess a reasonable general working knowledge of computers. Able to effectively speak and write the English language. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ensure that health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to at all times and all matters relating to this area are dealt with effectively and efficiently using the resources within the company. Ensure that training skills are met for current and future demands of the account. Maintain security standards to ensure a safe workplace. Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned by manager. Security Site Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications At least 3 years of security experience. (Required) At least 3 years of supervisory experience. (Preferred) Possesses a positive attitude and works well with other team members. Works well unsupervised. Good verbal and written communication skills. Follows direction and asks questions when needed. Proficient using computers and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
