In this role, you will be working as a TIG Welding Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day production of a welding and grind/polish department.


This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.


Pay; $70,000-$85,000/Yr. depending on experience



Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of TIG Welding Experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a team
• Oversee assigned employees including interviewing, hiring and training - experience managing teams of 20 +
• Use KPIs to drive operation and improve process
• Strong manufacturing background
