Senior Legal Contract Manager (US)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Legal Contract Manager to review, negotiate, and manage complex sponsor agreements and commercial contracts. This remote role supports clinical research partnerships through cross-functional collaboration and drives contracting processes from intake through execution.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, sponsor contracts, amendments, CDAs, and commercial agreements
• Identify legal, operational, financial, and regulatory risks; recommend solutions and escalate appropriately
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms reflect scope, budget, timelines, and sponsor requirements
• Lead sponsor negotiations, communicate company positions, and drive resolution of contract issues
• Manage full contract lifecycle including intake, prioritization, approvals, execution, and recordkeeping

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Contracts Management, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences; JD preferred
• Minimum 5 years commercial contract experience with 3+ years in CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage MSAs, sponsor templates, CDAs, amendments, and commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, risk assessment, and legal/commercial principles
• Proficiency with contract management systems, Salesforce, Word redlining, Excel, and document management
• Proven ability to collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and execute contracts

Compensation: $78,500-$156,500 annually
