Enrollment Specialist #

Job Title

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Description

New provider patient enrollment. Will process 2000+ patients into concierge medical plans.

Required Skills

• HSD/GED
• 3 years of recent experience working as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales, PSR, or Enrollment Specialist
• Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use proper grammar
• 2 completed supervisor references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CS-Link/Epic
• Understanding of medical terminology

Job Duties

• Call handling on inbound/outbound patient calls provided details and answer questions about concierge medical service plans
• Email payment links, information pamphlets, and enrollment forms to interested patients
• Process enrollment paperwork and confirm enrollment
• Patient check-in (lunches and breaks)
• Patient chaperoning (lunches/breaks)
