Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle execution of technical projects. This role involves defining objectives, building schedules, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess feasibility, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables align with timeline, cost, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of technical projects, including defining objectives and building schedules.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner closely with stakeholders to assess project feasibility.

• Manage priorities and ensure deliverables are reviewed, released, and aligned with expectations.

• Facilitate project meetings and gate reviews, maintaining documentation within project tracking systems.

• Provide visibility into project risks and performance.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience leading technical projects with full lifecycle ownership.

• Background in optical, mechanical, electrical, or similar fields.

• Strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time while managing competing priorities.

• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership.

• Experience in developing schedules, coordinating resources, and managing deliverables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience facilitating project meetings, gate reviews, and stakeholder alignment.

• Familiarity with project tracking systems and documentation management.

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-support skills.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple technical projects of varying size and complexity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong communication and accountability. The position combines independent project ownership with team-based coordination, in a highly organized setting that values problem-solving, adaptability, and on-time delivery. Occasional travel to support project activities across facilities may be required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Compensation is inclusive of applicable bonus(s) and commensurate with experience, with a full benefits package including medical (HSA/PPO), dental, vision, group life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, EAP, 401(k), additional voluntary options, and paid time off.
