Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers in performing construction tasks such as carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Load and unload building materials and tools at job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Measure and cut materials accurately as directed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support the construction team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations is an advantage.
