Research Analyst- Advanced

Minimally qualified applicants will have:Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and/or applying qualitative or quantitative data to support decision making, program improvement or research outcomesExperience using research methods, data analysis, performance measurement, or similar analytical approachesExperience writing and/or presenting reports for various audiences (e.g. briefs, memos, research reports, and depicting complex information in visual formats)Well-qualified applicants will have:Experience working with social science research adjacent to youth justice, data and analytics (e.g. research approaches, tools, and techniques, for collecting and analyzing qualitative or quantitative data in the specified area)Experience working with data and statistical analysis and research methods within youth justice data (e.g. descriptive statistics, tests of association, regression analysis, etc.)Experience using data visualization, reporting or analytical software (e.g. Tableau, SQL,) to analyze and report of data Experience working with different teams to evaluate outcomes, produce analyses as well as functional reports and dashboards, and translate that back to numerous audiences.Experience working with data systems or programs serving children, youth justice, human services or other adjacent fields supporting Wisconsin youth and families (e.g eWISACWIS, DRAI, JSDR, YASI, Caseworks, child welfare, etc.)
