Job Description Job Description Account Sales Representative As an Account Sales Representative you’ll receive hands‑on training in our sales and client services department, gaining a strong understanding of daily operations. In this role, you’ll act as a liaison between our clients and their customers, focusing on building lasting relationships, managing accounts, and representing client services within your assigned territory. As you develop in the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn additional business systems and leadership skills. What You’ll Do: Actively engage in face‑to‑face sales to build a strong customer base. Present and promote products or services to meet and exceed customer expectations. Consistently hit and surpass sales targets to drive revenue growth. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Create lasting relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals. Work closely with team members to share strategies and improve performance. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or territory management preferred. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while managing your own schedule. A people‑first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
