Strategic HR Partner for Fulfillment Center Operations

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support for hourly employees and leaders. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights to improve the employee experience.
You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and drive initiatives that improve workplace culture, performance, and inclusion while partnering with business leaders to deliver high-impact HR programs onsite in New Jersey.
