If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectationsYour contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise• Understanding of digital marketing measurement frameworks• Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics)• Experimentation / incrementality / lift measurement• Customer acquisition journey understanding across digital channels2. AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure• Practical application of AI/ML in marketing or measurement use cases• Predictive modeling / optimization / segmentation familiarity• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business solutions• Experience partnering with analytics or data science teams2. Strategic & Cross-Functional LeadershipCandidates must demonstrate:• Ambiguity navigation• Stakeholder alignment across marketing, product, analytics, and tech• Executive storytelling• Ability to connect measurement strategy to business outcomes• Ownership mindset from concept through execution and scalePreferred Skill and ExperiencePreferred Domain ExperienceStrong preference for candidates from:• Financial services• Banking• Regulated industries• Privacy / consent-aware environmentsMarketing Technology & Platform ExperiencePreference for candidates with experience in:• Adobe Analytics/Similar tools• Tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs)• SQL / data platforms / cloud ecosystems• Real-time tracking and identity resolutionAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
