We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Account Executive to join our Massachusetts Sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills, build client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts Engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our offerings Collaborate with team members to develop tailored sales strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system Assist in achieving team sales targets and contribute to overall department goals Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree preferred Strong desire to develop a career in sales and business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn new skills Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields Familiarity with the New York market or industry-specific knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States Company Overview MMP Capital is a fast-growing US-based financial services company specializing in equipment financing and working capital for small businesses.
