Flex-N-Gate is seeking a skilled tool and die maker for our Battle Creek, MI facility. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing single hit, transfer and progressive dies, and working from blueprints to craft tools, jigs and molds. You will verify dimensions, run test cycles, and ensure parts conform to specifications while mentoring apprentices and keeping production boards current.
