Accounting and Finance Business Development Manager

Accounting and Finance Business Development Manager Columbus, Ohio This role is responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue and profitability. The Business Development Manager establishes and develops client relationships and works with recruiters to fulfill open job orders. The position collaborates with business stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain a target list, developing client relationships. Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ad calls, skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods. Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives. Manage new and open job orders from intake through fulfillment. Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities. Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices as appropriate. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 12–24 months selling accounting/financial project solutions or comparable client relations experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting. CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 USD. In addition to base salary, the individual may be eligible to participate in incentive compensation programs, discretionary bonuses, and company benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
