We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities:Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.Performs other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Must have experience working in fast-paced restaurant experience.Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.About TroonFounded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
