How you'll help us achieve it Be responsible for acquiring Wave users in a specific area. Implement Wave’s rapid growth strategy. Manage a team of 25‑50 merchant distributors. Work closely with Territory Leads and Regional Leads to plan distribution activities and follow up. Maintain team quality through hiring, performance monitoring, and coaching. Grow monthly active users through deposits and conversions while retaining stable sender churn. Develop strategies to target groups with a strong need for Wave. Monitor distributors’ performance daily. Review cycle targets with leads and provide feedback or escalation to upper management. Collaborate with the Below-the-Line Marketing Team for visible presence in SL. Own the growth of a territory/area. Exemplify Wave values and lead by example. Key details Location: Freetown East.
