What You’ll Do Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Lead a skilled team of engineers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other departments to support special events, renovations, and guest service needs. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in a hospitality or resort environment. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction. Compensation $110,000 $120,000 Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
