NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) - IN-HOME HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor Exclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's. Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month) Compensation: $115 - $125 per visit

THE PAY BREAKDOWN
$115 - 50-60 hours per month,$120 - 70-80 hours per month,$125 - 80+ hours per month Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows. Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hoursWHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations). Provide preventive care education. Document visits using a company-provided iPad.COUNTY COVERAGE AREAS
