Requirements: Reliable transportation or willingness to use public transit to reach patients’ homes on time for your scheduled shift is a must! Personalized Onboarding: Quick and personalized onboarding overseen by a dedicated Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist. You’ll receive one-to-one support from the application process all the way to your first day on your first client case. Scheduler/HR Specialist Support: After onboarding, one of our Schedulers will be assigned to both you and the client you serve — providing your weekly schedule, working through scheduling adjustments, and serving as your liaison to our HR Department if you need help with pay or benefits.
