Business Development Manager

Accuver has evolved beyond traditional 5G measurement, pioneering “Game Changer” technologies for the next era of connectivity: Role Summary This is a full‑time North and South America Business Development Manager role based in Texas, U.S.. The role combines deep technical knowledge with strategic B2B sales skills to drive the expansion of Accuver’s wireless testing, optimization, and next‑generation connectivity solutions across the Americas market. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation and technical presales to negotiation and contract closure—while building long‑term strategic relationships with mobile operators, vendors, and integrators. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities A. Account Management & Business Development Sales Execution: Achieve defined sales quotas and targets established in coordination with the executive team. Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Procure new customers through proactive prospecting, face‑to‑face meetings, and diligent pipeline management. Executive Relationship Building: Engage high‑level decision‑makers and C‑level executives at existing and prospect accounts using consultative sales techniques to understand their critical business objectives. Strategy & Forecasting: Develop and implement targeted account plans and regional go‑to‑market strategies. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to management. Deal Closure: Coordinate RFP responses, prepare pricing/commercial proposals, and negotiate contractual terms through to final customer acceptance. Market Intelligence: Actively contribute to market development initiatives, including competitor analysis, market dynamic tracking, and regional trend reporting to influence product roadmap strategies. Solution Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Accuver’s portfolio, combining technical features, benefits, and key differentiators to effectively solve customer pain points. Technical Presentations: Deliver high‑impact product presentations and coordinate technical customer demonstrations in collaboration with the engineering and support teams. Competitive Positioning: Leverage Accuver’s unique strengths to overcome competitors’ technical advantages during the consultative sales process. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Gather customer feedback and market trends to work closely with the R&D team, ensuring product enhancement and successful solution deployment. Issue Resolution: Field incoming technical escalations from customers and interface with the R&D team to bring issues to a prompt resolution. Education BS degree in Engineering (with a focus on Telecommunications, Wireless Communications, or Signal Processing). A degree in Business or equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Experience 10+ years of outside B2B sales and account management experience in the telecom industry is preferred. Prior experience selling RF test & measurement or network optimization solutions is highly preferred. Knowledge Strong understanding of 4G/5G/6G wireless communication networks, RF testing, network optimization principles, and overall industry trends. Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal technical, product, and marketing teams.
