In San Antonio, TX, our customers rely on fast, accurate, on-site diesel service. As an On-Site Diesel Equipment Service Mechanic, you will be the expert who diagnoses the issue, performs the repair, and maintains critical systems so vehicles spend less time down and more time working.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end diagnostics on diesel engines and related equipment to pinpoint root causes.
• Complete routine services and complex repairs on a range of diesel-powered vehicles.
• Inspect, service, and replace key components: fuel system parts, transmissions, and electrical subsystems.
• Create detailed service documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.
• Deliver clear, courteous updates to customers regarding findings and next steps.
• Continuously expand knowledge of modern diesel technologies and industry best practices.
• Operate safely on customer sites and adhere to all relevant safety standards.

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED; formal diesel mechanic training/certification preferred.
• Proven background as a diesel technician or mechanic.
• Strong technical grasp of diesel engines, components, and supporting systems.
• Capability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Attention to detail paired with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to multiple job sites.
