Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Activities Provide project and operational support to the clinical team. Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities. Support study-related processes and documentation. Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve. Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively. Qualifications Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations. Experience working with: Veeva Vault CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Salary Range $40,900.00 - $79,900.00 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Summary Roles within Clinical Project Management job family are responsible for planning, directing, creating and communicating clinical study time-lines. Gathers input from cross-functional teams and creates plans that help the team produce deliverables on schedule. Ensures consistency of clinical study and processes across clinical trials, overseeing and resolving operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations such as site and vendor selection, preparing clinical trial budgets. Ensures studies are conducted within clinical trial protocols, monitoring progress and following up with team members and line managers when issues develop. Implements and prepares the clinical development strategy as outlined by the clinical teams. May develop trial recruitment strategies.Impact and ContributionIndividual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical), as well as roles operating in support of daily business activities (e.g., technical, production, or craft levels). The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Roles do not typically require advanced education or training.
