Key responsibilities include responding promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage; evaluating and performing restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition; loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project; effectively communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors; maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process; and performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up.

Position requirements include a valid driver's license, willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred; and IICRC certification is a plus.

Skills/physical demands/competencies include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance; ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics); ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects; and ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
