About the Role:
Rossi Np Llc is looking for a passionate and skilled Italian Sauté Cook to join their kitchen team in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:

• Execute sauté station duties with speed and precision during service
• Prepare authentic Italian sauces, pastas, proteins, and sautéed dishes to order
• Maintain proper mise en place and station organization throughout each shift
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelines consistently
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket flow
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health code standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sauté cook or line cook, preferably in an Italian kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
• Food Handler certification or ServSafe preferred
