We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.**Department:****Job Description Summary:**## Position Responsibilities* Checks, maintains, and prepares all related anesthesia equipment according to policy and instructions for use (IFU) including but not limited to anesthesia machines, EKG monitors, defibrillators, etc.* Cleans, checks and stocks all anesthesia carts daily.* Reports any deficiency or fault in operation immediately to Supervisor/Anesthesiologist.* Maintains a clean and orderly anesthesia supply room at all times.* Assists anesthesia personnel as deligated including but not limited to blocks, central lines, etc.* Functions as a preceptor to new employees.* Inspects all equipment and reports any deficiency to supervisor and Biomed.* Orders and maintains appropriate supply inventory.* Troubleshoots anesthesia machines when necessary.## Qualifications* ### License/Registration/Certification + CPR certification required.* ### Education + High School Diploma or equivalent.* ### Experience + 1 year anesthesia tech experience required.
