Human Resources Generalist

About the Role CultureSpace is looking for a detail-oriented, approachable, and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and creating a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple HR responsibilities while providing exceptional support to employees and leadership. What You'll Do Support biweekly payroll processing, including reviewing time records, employee changes, and payroll accuracy. Serve as a primary resource for employee benefits questions, enrollment, claims, and vendor coordination. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain accurate employee records and manage updates within ADP Workforce Now. Administer employee leave, track documentation, and support compliance with applicable employment laws. Manage I-9 verification, E-Verify, and other HR compliance requirements. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers regarding policies, payroll, benefits, and general HR questions. Coordinate performance review schedules, HR reporting, audits, and workers' compensation and unemployment administration. Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and employee touchpoints. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve accuracy, and enhance the employee experience. What We're Looking For 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR operations experience preferred. Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee records. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and leave administration. Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
