CNC Machine Operator

CNC Operator Position Overview: Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can put your CNC skills to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment? What You'll Do: Operate easy-to-use CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape materials. Read simple blueprints and work instructions (nothing too complexjust the essentials!). Load raw materials, make minor machine adjustments, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools (we'll show you the ropes if needed!). Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines (because safety comes first!). Work with your teammates to troubleshoot any minor machine issues. What You'll Bring: A keen eye for detailyou like things done right the first time. Some mechanical know-how and a willingness to learn. A team-player attitudeyou're happy to lend a hand when needed. The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The stamina to be on your feet for most of the shift (and lift to [weight requirement, e.g., 40-50 lbs] when necessary). Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production setting. Familiarity with basic machine functions and tool changes. Experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers (or a willingness to learn). Ability to read and follow simple blueprints and instructions.
