As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments that allow our guests to relax and feel at home. Through attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.What you will be doing:Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.Responsibilities include:Greeting guests and responding to queries.Changing bed linen and making beds.Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.Sweeping and mopping floors.Vacuuming carpets.Dusting and polishing furniture.Emptying trash containers.Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.Job Requirements:If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you:A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.Pleasant and friendly demeanor.Able to work as a team and independently.Flexible working hours.Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.Physical mobility and stamina.Must be able to pass a background check.Ability to follow instructions.WATERFORD HEALTH AND WELLNESSHealth Insurance is available on the first of the month after hire!We value the health and wellness of you and your family.
