Shipping & Receiving Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Kenosha, WIPay: $24–$27/hourShift: 1st Shift | Full-TimeWe are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing precision manufacturing company in the Kenosha area. This is a hands-on position responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory, packaging, forklift operation, and coordinating incoming and outgoing materials.If you have experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, or manufacturing and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd like to speak with you.What You'll DoPrepare, package, label, and verify outgoing customer shipmentsReceive and inspect incoming materials and productsVerify counts, weights, packing slips, and shipping documentationSchedule pickups with trucking companies, vendors, and customersPrepare bills of lading and shipping labelsOperate a forklift to load and unload trucksUse barcode scanners and computer systems for inventory transactionsPick and issue materials to production as neededPrepare shipments going to outside vendors, including heat treaters and platersShrink-wrap, band, skid, and package finished productsMaintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving recordsAssist with light deburring and cleaning/degreasing of parts as neededMaintain an organized shipping department and warehouseDrive a company truck for occasional local pickups and deliveries to customers and vendorsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious shipping & receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturingForklift experience preferredComfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory systemsAbility to accurately verify quantities, weights, and shipping documentsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and coordinate multiple shipmentsValid driver's license and ability to make local company deliveriesDependable with a strong work ethicCompensation & Benefits$24–$27/hour1st shiftFull-time, direct-hire opportunityMedical, dental, and vision benefitsCompany-paid life insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityEducation reimbursement80 hours of PTOStable manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term growthInterested?
