Position Summary Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Sales Branch Manager to oversee operations and growth of a local branch, including hiring, recruitment, training, and leading the sales team. In this role you will Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services Understand and execute Safe Haven’s sales processes and strategies Conduct interviews with potential sales representatives Prepare and monitor sales reports and performance of reps Utilize sales software and CRM systems to manage candidates, customers, and sales activities To be successful Exceptional communication skills Strong problem‑solving capabilities Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset Strong organizational skills and time management Drive growth and display leadership skills to increase overall performance What Safe Haven requires in a candidate High school diploma or equivalent Prior sales or customer service experience Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Benefits Weekly pay – fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential Monthly bonuses, incentives, and paid vacations Paid Time Off (PTO) program and paid holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life Insurance coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Recognition by Newsweek’s “America’s Greatest Workplaces” Largest employee‑based ADT Authorized Dealer Safe Haven Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.
