BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE United Water Restoration Group of Mobile, AL Fire Water Mold Reconstruction Territory: Mobile, Baldwin County, Pensacola/Escambia and surrounding Gulf Coast Base Salary: $60,000 Target OTE: $100,000-$150,000 Top Performer: $175,000-$250,000+ Commission: UNCAPPED United Water Restoration is looking for an aggressive, driven Business Development Representative to build relationships, generate opportunities, and bring new commercial and residential restoration business through the door. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. We want someone who is comfortable walking into businesses, making cold calls, networking, building referral relationships, asking for the business, and relentlessly pursuing opportunities. What You'll Do Develop and execute a territory-focused business development strategy (Mobile, Baldwin County, Pensacola/Escambia and surrounding Gulf Coast markets) Prospect aggressively for new commercial and residential accounts Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, adjusters, agents, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, real estate professionals, and other referral partners Conduct in-person sales calls, cold calls, presentations, networking, and follow-up Identify potential restoration opportunities before the competition does Generate qualified leads for water, fire, mold remediation, and reconstruction Develop referral partnerships and strategic accounts Maintain consistent contact with existing clients while continuously pursuing new business Track prospects, opportunities, appointments, and sales activity Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure opportunities turn into successful projects Ask for the business and close the deal What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a hunter mentality who is motivated by results. The Ideal Candidate Has a proven track record of business development, outside sales, or account acquisition Is comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting Is highly competitive and self-motivated Can open doors and create relationships from scratch Is persistent and doesn't take \"no\" personally Understands how to identify decision-makers and get in front of them Can confidently present services and ask for the sale Is organized and disciplined with follow-up Has excellent communication and negotiation skills Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-driven industry Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Restoration Experience Is a Plus — But Not Required We will consider strong sales professionals from outside the restoration industry. If you've succeeded in commercial sales, insurance, construction, roofing, property management, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, real estate, or another relationship-driven industry , we want to hear from you.
