People M&A Lead: Fast-Track Integration & Strategy

Payward is seeking an in-house HR/M&A Lead to own the people side of end-to-end M&A activity, from diligence through close and integration. You’ll handle data rooms, risk flags, and deal mechanics with AI-enhanced efficiency, while guiding cross-functional teams through high-velocity negotiations.

The role requires deep experience in people-related due diligence, integration, and executive stakeholder communication, with strong judgment under incomplete information.
