The Iowa DOT is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team! In this role, you will: Champion customer service by providing timely, empathetic, and effective support to employees and leaders. Solve problems by analyzing workplace concerns, recommending fair and practical resolutions, and conducting thorough investigations. Model integrity by interpreting policies, codes, and laws with transparency and advising others on ethical application. Coach leaders through both small and large employee issues, offering consultation and resolution guidance. Support policy development and deliver engaging training sessions to promote understanding and compliance. Teach leaders in one-on-one and classroom settings on topics related to employee relations.
