Summary maintains, repairs, and operates commercial chiller systems. They may also provide technical guidance to other mechanics. Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, repair, and operate chiller systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations Provide technical guidance to other mechanics Install, test, and commission equipment Advise on system installation and identify system issues Respond to service calls Troubleshoot and support breakdowns Participate in customer meetings Requirements Extensive experience with HVAC systems, particularly with chillers Experience with various control systems and chillers Ability to safely use ladders Ability to maneuver confined access areas Ability to access rooftops at heights of 15' to 20' Working conditions May be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, risk of electrical shock, and noisy operating equipment May require regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders There is a required questionnaire needed for consideration for this position.
