As an Assistant General Manager, you will be part of a dynamic management team focused on sales success and exceptional guest experiences. We provide top-notch training programs and accelerated career progression.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth, coaching, and excellent customer service.Building team engagement and efficiency through leadership and ongoing guidance.Ensuring quality control measures and processes are followed.Carrying out duties such as inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.Assisting the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.Providing clear direction and ensuring the service center is clean and safe.Guiding and mentoring automotive technicians and customer service associates.Performing opening and closing duties.Leading daily team huddles and store meetings.Managing inventory and product orders.Adhering to rules and regulations for a safe and productive work environment.Assisting guests with their questions and needs.Qualifications include:One to three years of retail management experience.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives.Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.Enjoyment of a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.A "Guest First" mindset.Ability to read and interpret documents.Ability to stand on hard surfaces.Ability to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.Must be at least 18 years of age.
