What You’ll Do

• Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment
• Teach vocational , workplace , and soft skills that lead to long-term success
• Facilitate travel training , self-advocacy , and workplace independence
• Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings
• Travel to community job sites using a Parc vehicle to meet with employers and supervisors, provide on-site job coaching, and support successful employment outcomes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Required , a minimum of four (4) years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • OR a four-year degree in a related field (e.g., social  services, human services)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , as needed
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Work Environment & Schedule

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary)
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload
• On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations
• Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel
• iPads provided for documentation and work-related tasks

Compensation & Benefits

$19.50 per hour
